Meet Our Visionary Founders
Gerard Kasemba and Ledoux Ipanga, born in the Great Katanga region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, are driven by a deep passion for their country. Having grown up in a region rich in culture yet facing challenges, they united to create A Pair Per Person, an initiative to give orphans a chance to live, learn, and succeed.

Ledoux Ipanga

These initiatives aim to inspire confidence, creativity, and independence.

Sports Academies
Our sports academies will offer structured training in soccer, boxing, and martial arts, promoting discipline, teamwork, and physical health. These programs will create opportunities for youth to connect and dream big.

Music & Acting
Through music and acting workshops, orphans will explore their creativity, build self-esteem, and share their stories. These activities will provide a safe space for expression and talent discovery.

Vocational Training
Our vocational training will teach practical trades like carpentry, tailoring, and mechanics, equipping youth with marketable skills for long-term financial independence.
